Looking to shake things up? How about shaking it up/down, left to right and back & forth all at the same time on a harmonic medical grade vibrating power plate? This may sound tricky, but it’s actually the latest way to shed those stubborn pounds and diminish pesky cellulite before bikini season! Yes babes, it’s possible, all while toning, strengthening, increasing HGH levels and creating lean, sexy muscles- at PlateFit! As our March Madness Workout & Studio Tour continues, we are rocking the midweek blues away at LA’s hottest 27 minute full body workout! Yes, Loveies, you heard that correct👌🏻 2 7 M i n u t e s ❤️🙌🏻

PlateFit has three convienient locations: Brentwood, West Hollywood and their newest location, Studio City. ClassPass lovers can rejoice too because all locations are available on the ClassPass App. We love PlateFit’s healthy & fun mix of classes. Here are our LustWorthy picks we recommend trying out: 1. BarreFit: This workout combines elements of the standard Pilates, dance, ballet & barre workouts with additional emphases on the core. Great for balance & building lean muscles 💪🏼 2. BootcampFit: This is a high-intensity, full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even just your own body weight- each class brings its own unique challenges. 3. YogaFit: This class uses low therapeutic vibrations to enhance a deep stretch. 4. GluteFit: High-Intensity-Interval-Training targeting Glutes! While using a variety of fitness props you’ll effectively challenge your strength and push your muscles to engage to their fullest potential. You're guaranteed to sweat, burn fat, and leave feeling amazing !! Cardio, and toning, with a short recovery time. Your Glutes will thank you tomorrow babes !!

Okay now that we peaked your interest, let’s jump into what you will experience. 💓 This workout is done without sneaks, wearing grippy socks, on your own private power plate. We recommend starting with a more relaxing class such as yoga or recovery to learn the machine and understand the vibrations before kicking it up to one of the hardest classes, like the TRX HIIT class. It’s okay babes, don’t be nervous, the instructors here are very friendly and hands on. The small class sizes ensure that you’re getting the individualized attention you need while getting accustomed to the power plate. Many classes use bands, weights, balls and other equipment- your awesome instructor will let you know everything you’ll need before you start. PlateFit with your variety of classes and one of a kind workout experience you earn our smooch of approval 💋.

LoveLustTips: 1. Avoid eating 30 minutes prior to class (You don’t want to shake up that salad, like Sarah had or in Heidi’s case, pasta eaten for lunch ;p) 2. Take an easier first class first to learn and understand how the machines work & feel on them, (it’s a super unique feeling when you first step on!) 3. Check out the 2 week unlimited package for only $49* to find your favorite classes. 4. Attend a recovery class to loosen tight muscles. 5. Bring grippy socks (if you forget they have super cute ones available for purchase)
