We are trying out tons of workout studios and clothing brands to bring you the freshest studios on these LA streets, the most stylish AND functional workout gear, and of course the most zen places to relax for that much needed and most necessary recharge time we mentioned earlier!! 💆🏼♀️

We fell in love with this brand and the symbolic meaning of their logo. Jala’s logo, the lotus flower, symbolizes infinite possibilities and connecting to a higher consciousness- something we can definitely relate to!! Jala also has soft, buttery fabrics, comfortable flowing styles, and positive designs that fuse fashion with mindfulness, yoga and an active lifestyle, we can say Namaste to that!!

They believe in recycling and sourcing eco-friendly fabrics, which we absolutely can feel the difference when we wear!! For our morning workout, which included a relaxing stretch on the beach, Heidi rocked the Star Gaze Tee in Black, Groove Leggings in White and the Laser Sweatshirt in Gray all in size small. Sarah opted for the Groove Leggings in Gray, Yoga Gives Back Tank in Red and the Slash Sweatshirt in White all in size small. Jala fits true to size and our sweatshirts were perfect for the chilly Santa Monica morning and our tee & tank fit seamlessly underneath.
