OC Yoga Festival

This weekend was a purely Magical escape from the hustle, bustle and high temps of Los Angeles! Heidi took a short coastal ride down to the sunny beaches of Huntington to experience the first annual OC Yoga Festival !! This one day action packed festival took over the beaches, Fifth Street and the Kimpton Shorebreak Resort. Heidi started her day by exploring the vendors of fifth street which included a wide array of healthy snacks, juices, organic energy drinks and of course what we all came for- everything Yoga!! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Check out our story highlight to see all the new trends in yoga & meditation 💆🏼‍♀️💫 From Fifth Street, Heidi ventured into the Kimpton where they had live music going all day in the VIP outdoor courtyard- the perfect spot to relax and unwind in between sessions. Once inside the Kimpton, VIP ticket holders had access to tarot readings, massages and a plethora of Yoga classes & meditation to soothe the soul. Heidi experienced the 75 minute self love meditation which left her heart open and ready to take on the day!! After tarot, massages and meditation Heidi made her way down to the beach for some Acro Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ where she learned several inversions perfect for the deep Stretching she needed!! Heidi’s last class of the day was lead by a beautiful soul named Heidi Blackstock who guided the class through a sunset yoga complete with the DJ sounds of her amazing husband Ryan flowing through everyone’s headphones 🎧!! To wrap up and share with all our fellow Yogis, Heidi made her way back to the Kimpton for a Glow after yoga party, complete with Rosé!! Heidi celebrated with kindred spirits and relaxed with the mid summer night’s ocean breeze and then of course called Sarah who is vacationing back in our hometown in New Hampshire!!
